When will I receive my order?

If you place your order before 3:00 p.m. (GMT), we aim to begin processing it the same business day. Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days.

Once dispatched, standard tracked delivery to Canada usually takes approximately 6–12 business days.

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can monitor your delivery at any time.

Which countries do you deliver to and what are the shipping costs?

We currently deliver to Canada, with free standard shipping on all orders and no minimum purchase required.

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on local regulations. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

My estimated delivery time has passed. What should I do?

While we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, or peak shopping periods.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days before contacting our customer support team at info@edenandeast.com for an update.

How do I return an item?

To request a return, please contact us at info@edenandeast.com within 14 days of delivery.

Our team will review your request and provide you with full return instructions, including the return address.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and undamaged

  • With all original tags attached

  • In the original packaging

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within up to 14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
