How to Start a Return

Need to send something back?

Please contact our support team at info@edenandeast.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Free from damage or wear

  • Returned with all original tags

  • Packed in the original packaging

Once your return is approved, you will receive full instructions on how and where to send your item.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. Customers remain responsible for returned parcels until they are successfully received at our facility.

There are no restocking fees. Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Refund Processing

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days after inspection for the refund to be completed.

You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing info@edenandeast.com

Include your order number, clear photos, and a short description of the issue.

For faulty or incorrect items, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. Return shipping will not be required in these cases.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be received before your order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it will need to be handled as a return.
