Shipping & Fulfilment

Orders are operated and managed by FaSa ecom, based in the Netherlands.

All orders are shipped from our partner fulfilment facility in Suxi, Yiwu Town, Zhejiang, China.

There are no hidden delivery fees for standard shipping.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or high seasonal demand.

If your order appears delayed, please allow an additional 3 business days before contacting customer support.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be received before your order has been processed or dispatched. Once shipped, the order will need to be handled under our return policy.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@edenandeast.com

Please include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the matter promptly.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Failed Delivery or Address Issues

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or the parcel not being collected, we may refund the product cost minus outbound shipping fees and any return-to-sender charges applied by the carrier.

Re-shipment can be arranged upon request at the customer’s expense.
